- Jennifer Dave is a native of Stark County- she has proudly served and committed over 32 years in the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office.
- During her career with the Stark County Prosecutor’s Office, Jennifer has served in a couple of leadership roles, including:
- Senior Assistant Prosecuting Attorney- handling felony domestic violence-related cases including murder, rape, felonious assault and other felony offenses.
- Director of Victim/Witness- advocated Victim’s rights throughout the criminal justice system from Municipal Court to Common Pleas Court.
- Dave is a member:
- Stark County Bar Association
- Advisory Committee on Domestic Violence with the Ohio Supreme Court
- a Board Member of Here2Serve Outreach- a community organization which provides food and clothing to those in need.

Jennifer grew up in Massillon, Ohio. She attended St. Mary’s in Massillon and graduated from high school at Central Catholic in 1986. She went on to graduate from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Marketing. She earned her juris doctorate from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
Jennifer has been married to Derrick for almost 32 years and they have five children and nine grandchildren.
